Family Strengthening and Stability supports parents, caregivers, children, and families with the tools and resources they need to build safe, stable, and supportive homes.
This program includes family nurturing, parent education, caregiver support, housing stability assistance, urgent family support, cultural preservation, advocacy, referrals, and community resource navigation.
ARISE and Shine also supports parent education and early childhood family support through home-visiting connections, caregiver guidance, and referrals to trusted resources, including Parents as Teachers (PAT)-related support when available through trained staff, formal partnership, or appropriate referral.
